Aging Is Inevitable—Decline Is Not
Many people begin to notice changes in their late 30s and 40s that seem subtle at first. Lower energy, slower recovery, reduced mental clarity, and a general sense that they don’t feel quite like themselves anymore.
Over time, these shifts can become more pronounced:
- Fatigue that doesn’t improve with rest
- Difficulty maintaining focus or productivity
- Slower physical recovery after exercise or stress
- Changes in sleep quality
- A gradual loss of vitality
These changes are often attributed to “normal aging,” but in reality, they are frequently driven by declines in cellular function, hormone levels, and metabolic efficiency.
Longevity medicine takes a proactive approach to these changes.
Rather than waiting for symptoms to worsen, we focus on identifying early signs of decline and intervening with therapies that support your body’s natural ability to repair, regenerate, and perform at a higher level.
At Lighthouse Longevity, our goal is not just to extend lifespan, but to improve healthspan, so you can continue to feel strong, clear, and capable for years to come.

FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance. This allows us to provide more personalized, in-depth care without the limitations of insurance requirements. If needed, we’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your initial visit includes a detailed review of your health history, symptoms, and long-term goals. We may recommend advanced lab testing to assess factors such as hormones, metabolic health, and cellular function. From there, we develop a personalized longevity plan tailored specifically to you.
What types of treatment are included in longevity care?
Longevity care is highly individualized and may include a combination of therapies such as NAD+ therapy, peptide therapy (when appropriate), hormone optimization, metabolic support, and lifestyle interventions. Your plan is designed based on your unique needs and goals.
Do I need to be experiencing symptoms to benefit from this?
No. Many patients begin longevity care proactively, before significant symptoms develop. Early optimization can help maintain energy, cognitive function, and overall health as you age.
How long does it take to see results?
Some patients notice improvements in energy and mental clarity within a few weeks, particularly with therapies like NAD+. Other benefits, such as improved resilience and long-term health markers, develop gradually over time.
Are these treatments safe?
Yes. All therapies are prescribed and monitored based on your individual health profile. We use evidence-based protocols and ongoing testing to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Can I receive this treatmentt through telehealth?
Many aspects of your care including consultations, lab reviews, and follow-ups can be managed virtually. Some treatments may require in-person visits depending on your plan. Telehealth is only available to patients in Illinois.
